Cancellation Policy

The order amount must be paid in advance. Prepayment can be made by bank transfer to our bank account, PayPal, the specified debit or credit card, postal card, or Twint/Bizum. To cancel or reschedule your order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to cancel the service purchase and/or your merchandise is already in transit with the carrier we have contracted, we will deduct an additional 10% charge for the costs incurred.
