This short ritual helps us connect with your surroundings — the land you inhabit, the rhythm of light across the seasons, and the position of your house in relation to the cardinal points. This outside-in approach is a soft beginning for those who feel overwhelmed and want to reclaim a space with gentle, grounded support. It’s especially powerful for entryways, bathrooms, or closets — or as an introduction to conscious home work. What’s included in your ROOT session 1. Decluttering with Care and Intention Sorting and categorizing items (keep, donate, store, recycle) Reorganizing by function, frequency of use, and emotional value Creating new “homes” for your belongings Folding, labeling, repurposing boxes, styling with what you have 2. Sustainable Disposal Guidance Suggestions for donation, resale, or recycling in your area Support in preparing bags or boxes (transport on request) Tips for maintaining flow without creating new waste 3. Check-in / Micro Coaching (woven throughout the process) Supporting emotional release when letting go Helping you shift habits and mindset Teaching simple systems for daily and weekly maintenance Every home is unique, every person has their rhythm.
