Cancellation Policy

AArena – Terms & Conditions (Updated version with promotional offer) 1. Scope of Services AArena offers professional services in: Home organizing and decluttering Sustainable interior design and styling Garden and balcony styling Consulting (virtual or on-site) Each project is tailored to the client’s needs and defined in a proposal, package, or promotional offer before work begins. 2. Booking & Payment All services must be booked in advance via written confirmation (email, website, or booking system). Hourly rates vary depending on the service type and are communicated prior to booking. Packages and promotional services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Travel within Bern city is included; outside Bern CHF 0.70/km applies. Materials, furniture, plants, or storage items are billed separately unless explicitly included. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. Missed appointments (no-show) will be charged in full. 4. Client Responsibilities The client ensures access to the property at the agreed time. All decisions regarding keeping, donating, recycling, or discarding items remain the client’s responsibility.AArena does not transport large discarded items unless agreed separately. The safety and insurance of personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client. 5. Confidentiality & Privacy All sessions are carried out with full respect for privacy and discretion. Before/after photos or visual content are only used with explicit written consent. Personal data is kept confidential and never shared with third parties. 6. Sustainability Commitment AArena works with eco-conscious practices, including: Prioritizing reuse, recycling, and mindful sourcing Recommending sustainable materials and suppliers Encouraging long-term, supportive systems rather than quick fixes 7. Liability AArena handles all belongings with care and respect. No liability is assumed for accidental damage or loss unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are encouraged to ensure adequate household insurance coverage. AArena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8. Garden & Balcony Services Plant styling and advice are provided with care; however, plant growth and longevity depend on maintenance, light, and natural conditions.
