Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

AArena offers professional services in:

  • Home organizing and decluttering

  • Sustainable interior design and styling

  • Garden and balcony styling

  • Consulting (virtual or on-site)

Each project is tailored to the client’s needs and defined in a proposal or package description before work begins.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All services are booked in advance via email or written confirmation.

  • Hourly rate: CHF 95–120 depending on service type (as communicated in offers).

  • Packages must be paid upfront or as agreed in installments.

  • Travel within Bern city is included; outside Bern CHF 0.70/km applies.

  • Materials, furniture, or storage items are billed separately.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without charge.

  • Cancellations less than 48h before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the booked service fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-show) will be charged in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client ensures access to the property at the agreed time.

  • The client remains responsible for decisions about disposal, donation, or sale of personal belongings.

  • AArena does not provide transport of large discarded items unless agreed separately.

  • Safety and insurance of items remain the responsibility of the client.
